Headhunted by former News Editor to become the Editor of PASS magazine at 29 years of age. Awarded IFA's Financial Journalist of the Year in 2008.

Involved with the design and building of, an online version of the monthly magazine to provide information to an overseas audience and regularly updated information to support our UK readers. Broke with tradition to launch 6 monthly e-zines, a weekly newsletter and jobs board.

Changed and later, completely redesigned the magazine (twice) to its current format to widespread approval from directors, advertisers and readers alike.

Rethought editorial content. Readership risen from 28,000 to 40,000 since changes. Circulation controlled and held at this number.

Revenues risen from £250,000 to approx. £750,000 a year. Editorial based ideas prominent in said increase.

Also created, organised and hosted a number of profitable parties at venues such as The Paper Club and Orchid in London's Piccadilly.

Revisited the methods PASS magazine uses to reach its audience, including the placement of magazine stands in major colleges.
